 elcome to Cheshire in the years 950AD to 1066AD. Cestrescire accurately recreates the culture of the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings, including dress, weapons, combat and general living during this period.
As a group, Cestrescire is regularly involved in historic battle re-enactments around the country, as well as participating in the LHE (Living History Exhibition). The LHE recreates life as it was for the general populace, including demonstrations of cookery, metal working and wood working skills and much more.
